interventions are offered for those who have an employee, coworker, or supervisor who may be harmfully involved with alcohol,
drugs or another addiction.
Family interventions is used for either a family member or close friend who is harmfully involved
with alcohol, drugs, or another addiction.

who's performance or behavior is negatively impacting your company or organization...
When morale is suffering and coworkers or staff
feel as if the situation is hopeless... it is appropriate for you to do something.
- According to research, in a company of 5,000, 15 of its 250 top executives are alcoholics or addicts,
- 10% of highly placed executives are drug- or alcohol-impaired,
- also, drinking increases among women working in non-traditional, male-dominated occupations.
- In addition, an average industry company of 1000 in SD, has 111 employees that are problem drinkers. Minnesota

- Sixty percent of newly recovering executives say that their fellow executives protected them while they were drinking,
- 90% of alcoholic executives stated that their fellow executives found it necessary to come in early, stay late, or work
on weekends to compensate,
- 75% of newly recovering executives say that their secretaries or administrative assistants conducted elaborate cover-up
operations to camouflage their drinking.
